(163364) 2002 OD20 is a near-Earth object that is classified as a potentially hazardous asteroid (PHA).<ref>{{#invoke:citation/CS1|citation |CitationClass=web }}</ref> It was scheduled to be observed by Goldstone radar in May 2013.<ref name=Goldstone/> It has a well determined orbit and will make a close approach to Earth on 23 May 2013, at a distance of {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.<ref name=jpl-close/><ref name=Goldstone>{{#invoke:citation/CS1|citation |CitationClass=web }}</ref> It is due to make another close pass on 23 May 2131, coming as close as 0.0248 AU.<ref name=jpl-close/> It was discoverded on 21 July 2002 by Near-Earth Asteroid Tracking (NEAT).<ref>{{#invoke:citation/CS1|citation |CitationClass=web }}</ref> With an absolute magnitude (H) of 18.8,<ref name=jpl-close/> the diameter is estimated to be 460–1030 meters.<ref name="h"/>
