'Adi ibn Artah al-Fazari (Arabic: عدي بن أرطاة الفزاري{{#invoke:Category handler|main}}) (died 720) was a governor of al-Basrah for the Umayyad dynasty, serving during the caliphate of 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz. He was killed during the revolt of Yazid ibn al-Muhallab.
