Moussa Arafat al-Qudwa (23 January 1940/41 Jaffa — 7 September 2005 Gaza City) was a cousin of late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. He was one of the founders of the Fatah movement and also, a leading official in the Fatah Revolutionary Council.<ref name=bbcob/>
